- Each EOI shall be accompanied by a DD/PO payable in Delhi amounting to 1 lac.
- EOIs will be accepted on first come first serve basis
- Allocation of plot Numbers shall be done by Draw or First come first serve basis , as may be decided by the company.
- An applicant would get 48 hours to deposit another amount of Rs.3 lac to be eligible for the allotment process.
- Post completion of the aforesaid an allotment letter will be issued and buyer will be required to complete 10% of TSV within 15 days & proceed with registration of BBA as per RERA norms.
